A NEW IMPORT ROUTE LAUNCHED AT NAVOI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Navoi International Airport continues to expand its cargo network and strengthen its international logistics capabilities. The first flight on the Riga–Navoi route has been successfully completed.
The flight delivered 40 tonnes and 800 kilograms of cheese products to Navoi International Airport. Going forward, import shipments on this route are planned to operate twice a week.
Navoi International Airport will provide ground handling services for these cargo operations performed by an aircraft operated by Fly Khiva Group.
The launch of this new route marks an important step towards strengthening the airport’s international cargo capabilities, expanding import operations, and developing Uzbekistan’s logistics potential.
With its modern infrastructure, cargo handling capabilities, and strategic location along international transport corridors, Navoi International Airport continues to expand cooperation in the field of air cargo transportation.
