Plan passenger drop-off and waiting time before driving to the airport. When meeting someone, check the actual arrival status: collecting baggage and completing checks take additional time.

Before you arrive

• Check the route and allow extra time for the journey.
• Follow road signs and staff instructions. Do not leave your vehicle unattended in a short-stop area.
• Ask the information service about parking conditions, charges and payment methods before travelling.

Agree on a meeting point with your passenger after they reach the public arrivals area.
