A Meeting on Gender Equality Was Held with Female Employees at Navoi International Airport

An open dialogue was held at Navoi International Airport focusing on the protection of women’s rights and interests, ensuring gender equality, and addressing issues and challenges faced by women.
The event was attended by senior inspectors of the Navoi Regional Transport Security Department, Captains D. Rakhmonova and L. Obidov, who held a meeting with the airport’s female employees.
During the meeting, participants discussed the principles of gender equality, the role of women in society and the workplace, ensuring their rights and legitimate interests, as well as social and psychological challenges that women may face.
Particular attention was paid to general psychology, maintaining emotional and psychological well-being, fostering a healthy psychological environment in the workplace, and the timely identification and prevention of various problems.
Such open dialogues contribute to increasing employees’ legal and psychological awareness, strengthening a healthy working environment, and promoting the practical implementation of gender equality principles.
