NAVOI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND A MAJOR HONG KONG-BASED INVESTMENT COMPANY HAVE SIGNED A STRATEGIC ALLIANCE AGREEMENT!
On September 9, 2026, during the international “Belt and Road” Conference held in Hong Kong, a Strategic Alliance Agreement was signed between Navoi International Airport LLC and Hong Kong-based Harvest Epoch Strategic Investment Limited, as part of the program of the Government delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The agreement supports the implementation of the objectives set out in Resolution No. PP-50 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated February 9, 2026, “On Measures to Enhance the Efficiency of Navoi International Airport”, while further strengthening the airport’s role in the international transport and logistics system and paving the way for new strategic partnership projects.
The partnership will focus on expanding international cargo flows and developing new logistics opportunities, including e-commerce, express delivery, cold chain logistics, automotive cargo, and heavy and oversized shipments.
The parties will also cooperate on technical landings, multimodal transport solutions, rail-air cargo services, and the development of an international logistics and e-commerce center in the Navoi Free Economic Zone.
🌏 The key ambition is to transform Navoi International Airport into a strategic multimodal logistics hub connecting Europe, South Asia and China.
This means new cargo flows, new logistics operators, new airlines and new opportunities for Navoi International Airport.
