LEGAL AND EDUCATIONAL EVENT!

➡️ A legal and educational event was held at Navoi International Airport LLC aimed at enhancing employees’ legal awareness and legal culture, as well as strengthening a healthy psychological environment within the team.

The event was attended by Sohiba Arzikulova, Head of the Department for Family and Women’s Affairs of Navoi Region, and Sardor Khusanov, a representative of the Regional Department of Justice.

At the beginning of the event, the representative of the Department of Justice provided explanations on preventing corruption, avoiding corrupt practices, and complying with legal requirements. Employees were also provided with relevant recommendations and guidance based on the current legislation on combating corruption.

Special attention was paid to the prevention of pressure and violence, as well as the protection of women’s rights and legitimate interests.

As part of the event, a psychological training session was also organized for employees. Participants received practical recommendations on creating a healthy family environment, mutual respect and communication culture, preventing pressure and violence, and taking appropriate action when faced with such situations.

Such events contribute to enhancing employees’ legal awareness and legal culture, as well as strengthening a healthy moral and psychological environment within the team.
