For the first time, Navoi international airport accepted and served one of the largest freighter aircrafts in the world (Boeing 747-8F by Korean Air) on August 19, 2014. The aircraft can carry more than 130T of cargo, and Korean air operates 5 of such type freighters at the moment.
As Navoi international airport possesses all necessary conditions and facilities, including ground handling, maintenance, refueling, cargo handling; we could serve the aircraft quickly and efficiently with high quality standards.
Note that the Boeing 747-8 is a wide-body jet airliner developed by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Officially announced in 2005, the 747-8 is the third-generation of the 747, with lengthened fuselage, redesigned wings, and improved efficiency. The 747-8 is the largest 747 version, the largest commercial aircraft built in the United States, and the longest passenger aircraft in the world.
Navoi international airport strongly supports and welcomes all airlines for cooperation.
